Betsy Boveroux

Betsy Boveroux is a visionary leader and long-time, passionate supporter of EMPath. Her enduring belief in the power of women helping women has been changing lives for decades. Betsy arrived in Boston in 1958 after studying at Wells College to attend the Harvard-Radcliffe Program in Business Administration—a groundbreaking initiative that helped pave the way for women’s inclusion at Harvard Business School. She went on to build a successful career in finance at Eaton & Howard, Vance Sanders Inc., (present day Eaton Vance) working her way up from an assistant to eventually become an executive. She joined WEIU’s board in 1968 and helped guide the organization through a period of reinvention and growth, including a move to a new location.
