EMPath’s Mobility Mentoring® programs are evidence-based with data proving the effectiveness of our work. In the past year alone, EMPath families: 

• More than doubled their monthly earned income
• Increased their employment rate from 55% to 75%
• Increased savings from 30% to 70% from shelter entry to exit

By donating to our Thrive campaign, you will connect EMPath families with the resources and opportunities they need to move up the economic ladder. There are many ways for you to support EMPath families:

• $5,000 provides core Mobility Mentoring® services for 3 families  
• $2,500 provides incentives, including matched savings for our Career Family Opportunity program participants 
• $1,000 funds community programming and long-term social support networks for families 
• $500 funds 1 week of Mobility Mentoring® sessions for families
• $250 supports advocacy training for our families to effect policy change 
• $100 funds a single mobility mentoring session for a family
