Ish’Maelle Reinhardt serves as the Financial Programs Coordinator for The Community Builders Inc. in Richmond, Virginia, a position she has held since 2023. Ish’Maelle brings wealth building opportunities to the community to empower its residents through various partnerships, programs, and initiatives to attack poverty and scarcity and promote economic sufficiency. Previously, Ish’Maelle served as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor for four years with Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, where she assisted low to moderate income residents prepare and qualify for homeownership while securing down payment and closing cost assistance to help reduce out of pocket cost to the future homeowners she served. Ish’Maelle holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Strayer University, the NCHEC Homeownership Certification through NeighborWorks America Center for Homeownership and Counseling, and is a member of the Virginia Association of Housing Counselors.
