Since joining Compass in 2020, Luttasha has leveraged her lived experience and training to become a passionate Coaching Manager. Leading a team of financial coaches, she ensures high-quality financial coaching while continuing to work one-on-one with Compass clients. Before joining Compass, Luttasha spent over a decade as a full-time mom. Following this chapter, she began a career in human resources, working as a Benefits Specialist and actively contributing to her company's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee. While rewarding, Luttasha felt drawn to work in a more intimate setting to assist families like her own to beat poverty and gain financial security, which led her to Compass.

Luttasha holds an associate degree in business administration from Quincy College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Change from UMass Boston, and recently became an Accredited Financial Counselor. Luttasha takes pride in contributing to a movement that weakens the grip of asset poverty on our communities.
