Judy Geyer, senior associate at Abt Global, is an economist with expertise in conducting policy and program evaluation. Her research portfolio examines household economic behavior as affected by a range of domestic and international programs including housing assistance, asset building, disability insurance, income subsidies, and rewards-focused programs. Her expertise includes the design of randomized control trials, quasi-experimental evaluation, and performance metrics. Serving in principal investigator and director of analysis roles, she has supported research projects for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Labor, the Millenium Challenge Corporation, and the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office. Judy received her PhD in economics from Carnegie Mellon University, her MSE in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and her BSE in computer science engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
