Sara Chaganti is the deputy director of Community Development Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She conducts applied quantitative and qualitative research to inform public policy. Her current work focuses on racial wealth inequality, and she has expertise in labor market disparities, job quality, and career pathways as well. Sara holds a PhD in Social Policy and Sociology from Brandeis University.
