Keith Barnes has 15 years of experience working to end poverty preceded by many years of having experienced poverty firsthand. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Beyond the Cliff an initiative that seeks to achieve a public benefits system that promotes economic mobility and family thriving. He has previously led technical assistance and advocacy efforts to improve access to and delivery of public benefits across the nation, worked to end family homelessness in the Middle Tennessee area, and proudly started his career as an AmeriCorps VISTA and VISTA Leader. Keith holds a Master's in Community Development and Action from Vanderbilt University.
