LesLeigh Ford is an associate director in the Office of Race and Equity Research. She regularly leads and contributes to research- and policy-focused projects that explore sources of and solutions to racial inequities.

Her research has focused on a range of topics, including philanthropic and federal grantmaking, programs, and practice; economic mobility; and health policy.

Ford holds a BA from the University of Michigan, MEd in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and PhD in Sociology from Duke University.
