Eddie Hardy first volunteered in the field of refugee resettlement while studying Creative Writing in the San Francisco Bay Area over a decade ago. He has recently been able to combine these two passions as the Development Coordinator for Portland Refugee Support Group. The trauma-informed approach of EMPath’s Mobility Mentoring tools inform every grant that he writes to fund services for the communities of the displaced.
