Lisa Cruden, LMSW is the Chief Program Officer at Family Promise of West Michigan. She has over 20 years of experience in working collaboratively with community partners, local colleges, universities, faith-based communities and the non-profit sector to provide program development expertise, supervision, and leadership. Her team of social workers have been using the Bridge to Self-Sufficiency and a Mobility Mentoring approach to their work for the past 5 years. She comes to this work with a deep passion to support children and families who are experiencing housing insecurity. Her desire is to support all family members in meeting their needs, from the unique needs of young children through supporting parents/guardians in increasing self-sufficiency, with a special emphasis on ensuring our youngest children have their emotional, mental and physical needs met in order to set them up for success.
