Princess Ann McPherson, LMHC, is a Program Director for the Prevention Program at University Settlement. In this role, she provides ongoing leadership to the prevention team in all aspects of the program, including training, supervision, staff development, performance monitoring on ACS mandates and regulation, as well as fidelity to evidence-informed model Mobility Mentoring. She works closely with Data Administration and Quality Assurance to support program evaluation and implement quality improvement initiatives. She supports and leads the development of partnerships within University Settlement programs, community-based services, and Administration for Children’s Services. Princess has a B.A in Psychology from Hampton University, and a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury.
