Tatum Hawkins earned a bachelor’s degree in mass media communications from Wilberforce University and a master’s degree in public relations from Ball State University. She has over 12 years of experience as a fund development and communications professional in the nonprofit sector. Ms. Hawkins manages fundraising, grant writing and administration, and communications for Women’s Resource Center.
