Olivia Darby FRSA is the Chief Programmes Officer and Co-Founder of WONDER Foundation, a UK-based NGO partnering with local organisations in 23 countries to empower women and girls through education. In this role she works with our local partners to design and deliver projects whilst developing their capacity and impact. Mentoring is central to WONDER’s delivery model and since 2018 WONDER has been developing Mobility Mentoring within partner projects in London, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Kenya, Cameroon and Nigeria; in the last year we have introduced MM in El Salvador, Guatemala, the Philippines. Before starting to work full-time at WONDER in 2012, Olivia worked on designing and delivering education programmes for young women and girls, especially migrants, in the UK, Kenya and Brussels, as well as in related policy and advocacy roles.
